Greg served as executive director of PFund for four years, through June 2010. Prior to his leadership of PFund, Grinley worked in fund development at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts for ten years.
He also worked for many years in banking and audit. Raised in Terre Haute, Ind., he has a
bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Minnesota. Greg is also a past PFund board member and volunteer.
Greg lives in St. Paul with his partner Ray Terrill and their cat, Georgie.
He has deep local and national connections within LGBT communities, and has also volunteered for the Minnesota
LGBT Education Fund, the Minneapolis Arts Commission as a commissioner, The Aliveness Project, All God's Children
Metropolitan Community Church, and National Funders for Lesbian and Gay Issues. He has served on the steering committee
for the Minneapolis
Chamber of Commerce Leadership Twin Cities program.
As executive director, Greg served on the Minnesota Council on Foundations Race and Diversity Committee and the LGBT Funders Network. He was also on the steering committee for Common Vision, a funders network strengthening support to LGBTQ in the Midwest. He recently completed the St. Thomas Institute for Executive Directors.
Susan Cogger Director of Development and Communications
Susan worked as a marketing and communications consultant for her own firm, Cogger & Associates for six years prior to joining PFund in 2007. She worked for 18 years at American Express Company and has more than 20 years of management, strategic planning, marketing and communications experience.
Susan served for four years as a board member of PFund. Formerly board vice chair, she was also the vice president of communications
for three of those years. She has been active in other local LGBT organizations and is a founding member of Equality
Minnesota and Project 515.
She was raised in Detroit, Mich., and has a bachelor’s
degree from Beloit College in Beloit, Wis.
Susan lives in Minneapolis with her partner Terry Williams and their two dogs, Bongo and Desi.
Lois Epstein Accountant
With a wide range of professional accounting experience, Lois Epstein serves as the trusted accountant for PFund and a number of other Twin Cities-based nonprofit organizations including the Minnesota Council on Economic Education and Kingfield Neighborhood Association.
Alfonso Wenker Director of Programs
Alfonso Wenker graduated from the University of
St. Thomas in 2009, studying Justice & Peace Studies and Public Relations. Alfonso served as the 2006 – 2007 board co-chair for the Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance and the 2006 Minnesota OUT! Campus Conference.
Previous to PFund, Alfonso worked for OutFront Minnesota as a development intern and the University of St. Thomas Residence Life Office as an apartment coordinator and office assistant. Born and raised in St. Paul, Alfonso has been active in the community for several years volunteering with OutFront Minnesota, Rainbow Families, Clare Housing, Minnesota AIDS Project, 2007 Red Ribbon Ride, and the 2007 Midwest BLGTA College Conference.
Becky Saltzman Administrative Assistant
Becky Saltzman joined PFund in the fall of 2007 after being an active volunteer. She has a bachelor's degree in child psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She is also presently a 2007-2008 co-chairperson for the Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance and member of Calliope Women's Chorus. She was born and raised in Madison, Wis. and moved to the Twin Cities to attend college.
Becky's past community involvement has included being the
vice president of Hillel Student Board, a member of Sigma
Alpha Epsilon Pi Sorority, co-chair of the Queer Student Cultural
Center at the U of M in 2007, and she was interim co-chair
of the Stonewall Campus Leadership Summit. She was also an
active member of the 2007 Midwest BLGTA College Conference
committee and the 2007 Minnesota Out! Campus Conference committee.
